Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfers via PayPal (Simply select the 'Pay with PayPal' icon on the payment screen) and Interac e-Transfers via any Canadian Bank account.

On your Credit Card and PayPal statements, you will not see the name 'Bed Time Toys' but 'BTT' the short name of Bed Time Toys, this is done to maintain absolute discretion.

All Credit Card transactions are done through Stripe Payments and PayPal so rest assured, that your details are 100% safe and secure.

For PayPal orders, the name you'll see the payment is sent to is Vishnu Incorporated with the short name VINC, Vishnu Incorporated is our Parent Company, this is done to maintain discretion when you've placed an order.

To complete an order, the options are;

'Proceed to Checkout' or 'Check out with PayPal' button from the 'Your Shopping Cart' page.

'Proceed to Checkout' will take you to the 'Secure Checkout' screen, where you'll be prompted to check out as a guest or register a new account, then input your billing and account details, shipping details, choose the shipping method and confirm the order.

Checkout with Paypal will take you directly to PayPal where you can login with your paypal account or click on the 'Don't have a PayPal Account' option to pay with a Credit Card. 

If you wish to pay via Interac e-Transfer, select this option and send your payment to 'payment@bedtimetoys.ca' and in the notes section of your order, please put the answer to the secret question that's required for us to receive the transfer.

You can also Shop Now, Pay Later with Sezzle. No Interest or fees, ever. Get your order shipped now and pay in four easy instalments. After selecting this option at checkout, you'll go through Sezzle's 1-minute sign up process.

If you have a Bed Time Toys discount code/coupon code, you enter that code during the checkout process in the available box. When you enter the discount code you will see the discount automatically applied to the total.

After an order is placed it cannot be cancelled, this is because orders are processed by the shipping department as soon as possible to ensure you receive it quickly. Our shipping department works overnight and on weekends when our customer service department doesn't.
